Advocates of Boris Nemtsov's family members treat politician's murder as unsolved

Today, in the course of the debate in the case on the Boris Nemtsov's murder, advocates of the victim party have delivered their speeches. They have claimed that the crime has not been solved, since its organizers and ordering customers are at large, and the guilt of defendant Bakhaev has not been proven.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on May 31, the Moscow District Military Court announced the investigation in the case to be completed. On June 1, a public prosecutor found the defendants' guilt to be proven and asked the jury to pronounce a verdict of guilty.

Advocates Olga Mikhailova and Vadim Prokhorov have noted that the murder has been solved so far.

Vadim Prokhorov has noted that according to the hierarchy mentioned by Zaur Dadaev, Mukhudinov could be the organizer of the crime, since he was younger than the defendants and worked as a driver.

The advocate has described the motive of killing for hire as possible and added that "the only obvious motive is the suppression of the Boris Nemtsov's active political activities."

According to Olga Mikhailova, "the roots of the murder lead to top-ranking officials of the Russian Federation and Chechnya."
