In Ingushetia, two persons wounded in shelling

Two residents of Malgobek were hospitalized with gunshot wounds as a result of shelling at a vehicle service station. This was reported by the Investigating Department for Ingushetia of the Investigating Committee of the Russian Federation (ICRF). Both victims are relatives of Magomed Bekbuzarov, who was killed in an attack on a checkpoint of the road-and-patrol service (known as DPS), a source from the law enforcement agencies reports.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that at night of May 12, a DPS checkpoint in Malgobek was attacked. One policeman was wounded, and two attackers were killed. One of the killed suspects was identified as Magomed Bekbuzarov, wanted for an attack on a police patrol car in Malgobek in April.

"At 5:30 p.m. Moscow time of Sunday (May 21), in Fizkulturnaya   Street in Malgobek, in the territory of a vehicle service station, unidentified people fired two local residents, 25 and 26 years old," reported an official from the ICRF's Department for Ingushetia as quoted by the RIA "Novosti".

The wounded men were brought to the hospital: one with severe injuries, and the second with light injuries, the ICRF's Department for Ingushetia reports.

According to a source from the law enforcement agencies of Ingushetia, both wounded men are relatives of Magomed Bekbuzarov. "One of the wounded men is a younger brother of Magomed Bekbuzarov, and the second victim is their relative," said the source.
