Zaur Dadaev's advocate reports shelling of his car in Moscow
A car belonging to the advocate of Zaur Dadaev, defendant in the case of the Boris Nemtsov's murder, was shelled. This was reported by the defender himself.
Boris Nemtsov was killed on February 27, 2015, in Moscow. The defendants in his murder case are Zaur Dadaev, brothers Anzor and Shagid Gubashev, Tamerlan Eskerkhanov and Khamzat Bakhaev. Investigators consider Ruslan Mukhudinov, the driver of Ruslan Geremeev, to be both the customer and the organizer of the murder; Geremeev himself figures in the case as a witness. Advocates of the family of the slain politician insist that Geremeev must be charged.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on October 3, 2016, the Moscow District Military Court launched the consideration of the case of the Boris Nemtsov's murder involving jury. At the court hearing held on February 15, Zaurbek Sadakhanov, an advocate of defendant Khamzat Bakhaev, reported that a window in his car was shattered and a bag and all the materials of the case had been stolen. According to the advocate, he lodged a complaint to the police.
Mark Kaverzin, an advocate of Zaur Dadaev, has claimed that his car was shelled from a traumatic weapon near his office in the area of the CulturePark in the centre of Moscow and that the car's glass roof was shattered, reported the agency "Moscow" on February 15.
According to Mark Kaverzin, the incident occurred on February 14. However, no complaint has yet been filed to the police.
On February 15, advocate Mark Kaverzin took part in the court hearing in the case of the Boris Nemtsov's murder. However, he refused to comment on the case and in connection with the shelling of his car, reports the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent, who attended the court hearing.
