Natives of Northern Caucasus plead partially guilty of plotting terror act in Moscow

Today, the Moscow District Military Court has announced the indictment on the case against Aslan Baisultanov, a native of Chechnya, and two members of his grouping, accused of preparing an explosion in Moscow. All the three have partially admitted their guilt.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on October 11, 2015, ten suspects of preparing a terror act in public transport were detained in Moscow. According to law enforcers, the detainees had undergone training in Syrian camps of the "Islamic State" (IS), banned in Russia.

Two of the defendants, Aslan Baisultanov and Elman Ashaev, who, according to investigators, were preparing the terror act, have partially admitted their guilt.

The third defendant, Mokhmad Mezhidov, has also partially admitted his guilt, the "Mediazona" reports, noting that Mezhidov is accused only of storing explosives, which Baisultanov had kept in Mezhidov's apartment without the latter's knowledge.
