Witness told about work with Shagid Gubashev
At the trial of Nemtsov's murder, a witness, who was performing, together with the defendant Shagid Gubashev, orders for transporting bulk mixes, found it difficult to confirm or refute the details of telephone calls indicating Gubashev's presence in a settlement near Moscow at the same time with Boris Nemtsov.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on October 3, the Moscow District Military Court began considering the Nemtsov's murder case with participation of the jury.
Boris Nemtsov was killed on February 27, 2015, in the centre of Moscow. The defendants in the case are Zaur Dadaev, brothers Anzor and Shagid Gubashev, Tamerlan Eskerkhanov and Khamzat Bakhaev. Also, the figurants in the case are the Chechen officers Ruslan Mukhudinov, Ruslan Geremeev and Beslan Shavanov; the latter was killed during detention. Investigators believe that Mukhudinov was the customer of the murder.
Today, the court has questioned Victor Tymko, a Gubashev's acquaintance. The state prosecutor asked Tymko, whether he worked on October 29 and 30, and on November 5, 2014, and whether Gubashev worked on these days. The witness answered that he could not remember, because more than two years has passed since.
