Three natives of Northern Caucasus accused of plotting terror act in Moscow

The criminal case against Aslan Baisultanov, a native of Chechnya, and two members of his grouping, accused of preparing an explosion in Moscow, has been sent to the court.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on October 11, 2015, in Moscow, FSB agents detained ten suspects of preparing a terror act in public transport. According to power agents, the detainees had undergone training in Syrian camps of the "Islamic State", recognized as a terrorist organization and banned in Russia by the court. On October 13, 2015, three suspects, including Aslan Baisultanov, a resident of Grozny, were arrested.

According to investigators, Aslan Baisultanov and two members of his grouping – Mokhmad Mezhidov and Elman Ashaev – had taken part in warfare in Syria; and after returning to Russia they made a bomb of 4.9 kilos for committing a terror act in the Russian capital.

The criminal case has been forwarded for consideration to the Moscow Military District Court, says the website of the General Prosecutor's Office (GPO) of Russia.

Let us remind you that Kadyrov had called Aslan Baisultanov, detained in Moscow, among those IS militants, killed on October 8, 2015, inGrozny. The head of Chechnya explained his statement by the fact that he made it "hot on the trail."
