In Grozny, the police cordoned off the "Akhmat Arena" stadium before the football match between the national teams of Russia and Romania. As a result, traffic jams occurred, report city residents. Some employees of budget organizations claimed being forced to attend the match as fans.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that the friendly match between the Russian and Romanian national teams was held in the capital of Chechnya on November 15. Before the football match, law enforcers cordoned off the quarters adjacent to the "Akhmat Arena" stadium. According to residents of Grozny, the above resulted in traffic jams and created problems for residents and visitors to the city.

Besides, according to some public sector employees, they were forced to attend the football match held yesterday.
