Four people killed in CTO in KBR

According to a law enforcement source, today, "four militants have been killed" in the village of Yanikoi, Chegem District of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic (KBR). According to preliminary information, these were the militants, wanted for the execution of policemen in the city of Prtokhladny, the "Life" reports, citing its law enforcement source.

At night of October 9, in the town of Prokhladny, four men shelled DPS inspectors. As a result, DPS inspectors Albert Kerimov and Vladimir Mishkov were killed.

According to the source, power agents "are searching for another suspect" in the Chegem District.

The KBR's operative headquarters has added that four villages of the Chegem District had been put under the counterterrorist operation (CTO) regime.
