Chechnya completes reconstruction of Sharoi District launched after Ramazan Djalaldinov's complaint

In Chechnya, for five months, the Sharoi District repaired 300 houses and eight schools, built two kindergartens, a hospital, a water supply pipeline and roads. This was reported by the Chechen authorities. The repair works in the Sharoi District were launched after Ramazan Djalaldinov, a resident of the village of Kenkhi, had appealed to Vladimir Putin. Meanwhile, the complainant was subjected to harassment, and officials got appreciation and awards for improvements in the Sharoi District.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that in May, Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov declared 2016 the year of the Sharoi District. He instructed his subordinates to carry out a large-scale reconstruction in the Sharoi District within three months.

According to the local administration, in the villages of the Sharoi District, 300 houses were repaired, 30 kilometres of water supply pipeline and more than 8 kilometres of electric lines were arranged, and about 55 kilometres of roads were repaired.

The local administration has also reported on completion of construction of three bridges, two kindergartens, and a local hospital.

At present, according to the local authorities, Ramazan Djalaldinov is actively involved in the social life of the Sharoi District.

It should be noted that after Ramazan Djalaldinov had appealed to Vladimir Putin, the man faced a large-scale campaign organized against him, and as a result, he and his family members had to leave for Dagestan and their house in the village of Kenkhi was burned down.

At present, the Sharoi District has all the conditions for normal life, report local residents.
