CTO legal regime introduced in two Dagestani districts

Today, in the Buinaksk and Karabudakhkent Districts of Dagestan, law enforcers have started a special operation to search for militants and their accomplices. This has been reported by the National Antiterrorist Committee (NAC).

At 6:00 a.m. Moscow time of today, the counterterrorist operation (CTO) legal regime has been introduced within the territory of the Buinaksk District and within a part of the Karabudakhkent District, bounded with villages of Dorgeli and Kakashura, reports a staff member of the NAC's operational headquarters for Dagestan.

"Law enforcers carry out special activities to identify and detain members of illegal armed formations (IAFs) and their supporters," said the source as quoted by the "Interfax".
