38 residents of Kabardino-Balkaria wanted on suspicion of involvement in extremist activities

Out of 38 resident of Kabardino-Balkaria, declared wanted on suspicion of involvement in terrorist and extremist activities, only seven stay in the territory of the republic. This was reported by Kazbek Tatuev, Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic (KBR).

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on April 5, Kazbek Tatuev reported that more than 130 residents of Kabardino-Balkaria, including 28 women, stay in Syria in the ranks of terrorists.

21 residents of the KBR are put on the international wanted list on suspicion of involvement in terrorist and extremist activities, and 17 residents of the republic are put on the federal wanted list. This was reported by Kazbek Tatuev, Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of the KBR, at the meeting of the antiterrorist commission of the KBR held in Tyrnyauz.

According to Kazbek Tatuev, in the first six months of 2016, in Kabardino-Balkaria, two militants were killed and 33 people were detained on suspicion of involvement in the armed underground, the RIA "Novosti" reports.
