CTO legal regime introduced in three districts of Dagestan

The law enforcement bodies are engaged in the search for members of the armed underground in the territory of the Shamil, Khunzakh, and Gunib Districts.

Today, the counterterrorist operation (CTO) legal regime has been introduced at 6:00 a.m. Moscow time.

"The CTO legal regime is introduced within the administrative borders of the Shamil District of Dagestan, some sections of the mountain and wooded terrain near the village of Nakitl of the Khunzakh District of the republic, and the village of Garadag of the Gunib District," reports an official from the operational headquarters of the National Antiterrorist Committee (NAC) as quoted by the "Interfax".
