Magomed Suleimanov identified among those killed in CTO

Relatives of Magomed Suleimanov, a resident of Makhachkala, who disappeared on June 3, have stated distrust of the official version, according to which he was killed in a counterterrorist operation (CTO) near the village of Kasumkent.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on June 16-17, power agents conducted CTOs near the village of Kasumkent, Suleiman-Stalsky District of Dagestan, as well as near the village of Gedjukh, Derbent District, and in a forest area of the Tabasaran District. As a result, 10 suspected militants and four power agents were killed. The death toll contains the 22-year-old Magomed Suleimanov, the "Life" reported on June 18, citing its unnamed source.

According to relatives, in the morning on June 3, four men in civilian clothes approached Suleimanov and spoke to him; and then he sat down into their car.

"Now, he's in the morgue of Makhachkala. It’s hard to identify him visually, but that’s him," a relative of Magomed Suleimanov told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent.

Relatives do not believe in the official version that Magomed Suleimanov could be killed in a CTO, said the spokesman for his family. "We believe that his body was planted there," he said.
