Djalaldinov returns to Kenkhi with his family

On May 31, Ramazan Djalaldinov, a resident of the village of Kenkhi, Sharoi District of Chechnya, who had in April appealed to Russian President with a complaint about the situation in the village of Kenkhi, returned back home with the family.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that a large-scale campaign was launched against Djalaldinov, as a result of which he and his family were forced to leave for Dagestan; and their house in Kenkhi was burned down.

On May 30, the ChGTRK (TV and Radio Company) "Grozny" showed a record of apologies, brought by Ramazan Djalaldinov. Experts doubted the sincerity of the apologies.

A report about the return of Djalaldinov with his family to their native village was shown last night by the above TV and Radio Company in the news programme.

Some observers and locals believe that Djalaldinov's return to Kenkhi was a forced action.

According to the head of a local NGO, for some time Djalaldinov had inaccessible to Chechen authorities, but then the situation could change.

A female-employee of one of republic's agencies believes that Djalaldinov was obliged to apologize to Kadyrov.

She also added that the Djalaldinov's statement about withdrawal of parts of salaries and wages "could be confirmed by almost all state employees of the republic."
