Ramazan Djalaldinov apologizes to Ramzan Kadyrov

In his video appeal to President Vladimir Putin, Ramazan Djalaldinov has claimed that residents of the Avar village of Kenkhi of the Sharoi District are forced to pay large kick-backs to receive compensation for their destroyed housing.

According to an official of the Kenkhi village administration, Ramazan Djalaldinov "has returned to Chechnya and will be at home on May 31." "He will be provided with the necessary assistance to restore his house," the "Interfax" reports.
