Book about Gaidar Bammat presented in Dagestan

In Makhachkala, the National Library named after Rasul Gamzatov has presented the book about Gaidar Bammat, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Mountainous Republic the Union of United Mountain Peoples of Northern Caucasus and Dagestan.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that the book contains a lot of earlier unknown archival historical documents on the public figure of the Mountainous Republic.

Gaidar Bammat (1890-1965) was one of the most prominent leaders of the Caucasian movement for independence, and he was a pioneer of the formation of the North-Caucasian Republic (1918-1920). This was reported by Professor Khadji-Murad Donogo, Doctor of Historical Sciences, one of the authors of the book, Researcher of the Dagestani State Historical and Architectural Museum. He has added that the main purpose of Gaidar Bammat was to unite all the peoples of the Caucasus in the independent Caucasian Confederation.

Professor Khadji-Murad Donogo has explained that earlier, they have already published the book about the above Caucasus activist and it was entitled "Gaidar Bammat and magazine 'Caucasus'". However, the value of the new book is in the fact that a lot of documents published for the first time have been attached to the volumes of scientific documents.
