North Ossetian authorities promise further support to participants of "Mashuk-2015"

The North Ossetian projects, which have not won any grants at the Youth Forum "Mashuk" in Pyatigorsk, will be supported by the regional authorities. Authors of those projects believe that they were defeated by their counterparts because of the new system of expert evaluation.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that this year, the sixth Youth Forum "Mashuk" was held in the period from July 23 to August 7. It was attended by delegations from all regions of the North-Caucasian Federal District (NCFD), including 250 delegates from North Ossetia. Participants from North Ossetia took 13 top places, and the total amount of received grants amounted to 6.4 million roubles.

Since 2010, the North-Caucasian Youth Forum "Mashuk" is annually held in Pyatigorsk. According to the organizers, it is a social educational project aimed at training young people of 18-30 years old.

According to the press service of the leader of the republic, the authorities of North Ossetia will support members of the youth delegation, who have presented their projects at the Youth Forum "Mashuk-2015", but won no grants. According to Tamerlan Aguzarov, the leader of North Ossetia, members of the Committee of Youth Affairs should meet the forum participants to examine their projects and propose the ways to implement them.

After the results of the Youth Forum "Mashuk-2015" had been announced, users of social networks from North Ossetia started a discussion, reports Alexander Naumov, one of the users of social networks. Meanwhile, he has mentioned a positive fact that out of seven grants in category of "housing and communal services", two grants went to delegates from North Ossetia.
