Armenian experts find Valery Permyakov sane

The repeated psychological and psychiatric examination of Russian soldier Valery Permyakov, accused of committing a mass murder in Gyumri, has been completed. He is again found sane.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that according to investigators, Valery Permyakov confessed to the fact that at night of January 12, he killed seven Avetisyan family members in Gyumri. According to the first examination, he was found sane. At the request of the representatives of the Avetisyan family's successors, the 102nd Russian military base in Gyumri has carried out a re-examination of the state of Valery Permyakov.

The repeated complex forensic psychiatric and forensic psychiatric examination has again found Valery Permyakov sane, writes, the "News.am" reports with reference to a source from the law enforcement bodies.
