Policeman killed in Ingushetia

In the Sunzha District of Ingushetia, policemen found a policeman shot dead and a wounded resident of the republic.

According to the spokesman for the Ingush Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA), in the morning of April 8, they got information about a body of the deceased man found in the Cossack village of Sleptsovskaya.

"Not far from the car-racing track, operative team discovered a Mercedes car, and next to it, they found a body of 24-year-old policeman with a gunshot wound," the RIA "Novosti" quotes the Ingush MIA's spokesman as stating.

The MIA's official has also noted that on the other bank of the Sunzha River, 200 meters away from the killed policeman, the law enforcers found a wounded 22-year-old local resident, who was hospitalized.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on November 24, 2014, in Magas, unidentified persons shot and killed an inspector of the road police (known as GIBDD).
