Investigation into mass brawl in Minvody hospital is over
The criminal case about the mortal brawl in the hospital of the city of Mineralnye Vody (Minvody) with 27 participants was handed over to the prosecutor for approval of the indictment. Six people are still in search; their case was isolated into separate proceeding.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on September 20, 2014, a mass brawl broke out in the central hospital of Minvody, in which a local resident Anatoly Larionov received serious traumas. On September 29, he died. The case received broad public resonance, which was followed by protests and a series of resonant dismissals. On October 15, investigators announced identification of all 33 suspects. By November 13, 2014, 27 of them were detained; six others are wanted.
According to the Investigating Department for the Stavropol Territory of the ICRF, some of the defendants are accused of the murder, and some – of hooliganism.
