Firearms were planted on resident of Dagestan Musa Magomedov at search, his relatives assert

Musa Magomedov, a resident of the village of Nechaevka, Kizilyurt District of Dagestan, was detained by power agents, his relatives have reported. They cannot establish his whereabouts and believe that firearms were planted on him during search.

Khadizhat Ramazanova, Musa's wife, told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent that policemen searched the house on Friday morning.

Musa Magomedov is a cousin of Isa Abdulkadyrov, said the latter's advocate Arsen Radjabov. According to his version, both men were detained in a similar way - "by using planted firearms as a pretext for detention."

Relatives tried to file applications with a demand to have information about the detainee to the police and the city prosecutor's office, but the applications were not accepted, said Radjabov.

The on duty unit of the police department and the Kizilyurt prosecutor's office have reported that no applications on Musa Magomedov had arrived to them.
