Three persons suffered in explosion at Baku factory

Today, at about 6:30 a.m. local time, an explosion occurred at the steel mill located in the Azerbaijani capital and injuring three people.

The victims were taken to the burn centre of Clinical Hospital No. 5 in the Narimanov District, said Mursal Gamidov, Chief Physician of the Baku First Aid Station.

According to the doctors of the above centre, the state condition of Giyameddin Agalarov, 43, and Lyatif Abbasov, 51, is grave. The third victim, who sustained an injury, was rendered first aid and allowed to go home, the "News-Azerbaijan" reports.

This is not the first explosion at Baku enterprises. The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that in the morning on August 3 an explosion happened in the shop for production of sausages in the capital of Azerbaijan. Later, the MIA explained that three persons were injured. An explosion of gas cylinder was announced to be the reason of the accident.
