Cold weather seriously complicated life in tent camps of Chechen refugees
The cold weather has set in and it has seriously complicated the life in the tent camps of Chechen refugees situated on the territory of Ingushetia. As the pressure in gas lines leading to the camps is low, the temperature in many tents does not rise higher than several degrees above zero.
Another problem raising concern of the tent camp inhabitants is that the tents are threadbare. The authorities, which strive to evict the displaced people to Chechnya by all means, do not take any measures to improve living conditions in the camps.
