Verdict has been read out at trial of Budanov

The verdict on the case of Colonel Yuri Budanov, who is accused of the murder of a Chechen girl Elsa Kungayeva, has been read out at the morning sitting of the court on Wednesday.

The public prosecutor at the trial Viktor Rastorguev accuses Budanov of two episodes. Firstly, of intentional actions, appeared in battery and abridgment of liberty of Lieutenant Roman Bagreyev. Secondly, of abduction in Tanga settlement and perpetration of actions entailed the death of the 18-year old Chechen Kungayeva.
