Movement "For Human Rights" made request to Moscow prosecutor's office to bring criminal actions in connection with operation for liberation of hostages on Dubrovka

All-Russian Movement "For Human Rights" made a request to the Moscow prosecutor's office to bring three criminal actions in connection with the operation for liberation of hostages on Dubrovka.

According to the head of the movement, Lev Ponomaryov, punishment must be borne by officials - for the illegal use of a fentanyl substance, security services' chiefs - for the groundless elimination of all the members of Barayev's group, as well as high-ranked medical personnel - for not giving indispensable aid to the victims.
